IMPULSE Bulgarian focus group met on 26th October 2022 in the premises of the administrative building of Peshtera Municipality (MOP). Eight citizens of the municipality, who had already tested the IMPULSE app, took part in this event. They were from different age groups and educational and professional background.
The focus group was organised around 6 major topics in regards to the main stages of the IMPULSE solutions: onboarding, accessing public services, and data exchange.
Results are currently being analysed by project partners, and they will serve for further improvement and customisation of the IMPULSE solution.
